Set-up time will be Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. No exceptions.

Tables are all 6 feet long. They are currently available, but we expect them to sell out quickly.

Tables are reserved only when payment is made in full. A table is guaranteed only after we receive both payment and this contract.

Days of the Dead cannot provide Wi-Fi or electricity. Vendors may be able to purchase these services through the hosting hotel. They are not free, and prices may vary by hotel.

Sales tax and proper credentials

Vendors selling at a temporary event are required to register for a sales tax permit. Indiana requires all sellers making sales in the state, even temporarily, to collect sales tax.

Indiana Business Tax
